Terms & Conditions


1.1     Once bookings for advice and support are confirmed, a contract outlining the agreed assignment will be supplied.


2.1            Fees are agreed with the client at the time of booking.

2.2            Fees are reviewed periodically.


3.1            Clients will receive an invoice for the amount payable.

3.2            Payment should be made by cheque to Early Years Success or by direct bank transfer as agreed.

3.3            Payment should be made on delivery/completion or within 7 calendar days of the invoice date.

3.4            Payment made after 7 days will be subject to a late payment charge of £40 (for invoices totalling up to £1000) or £70 (for invoices in excess of £1000).


4.1            The following cancellation charges will apply once a contract for advice, support and consultancy projects has been accepted by the client and an Agreement has been signed.

4.2            All direct costs already incurred by the Consultant in relation to the assignment will be charged to the client in full. This could include: preparation time, printing costs.

4.3            If the contract is cancelled by the client up to and including 10 working days before the scheduled start date the Consultant will charge up to 50% of the fee.

4.4            If the contract is cancelled by the client less than 10 working days before the scheduled start date the Consultant will charge up to 100% of the fee.

4.5            In the event of the Consultant cancelling the contract any monies paid by the client will be refunded to the client in full.


5.1            The Consultant shall not divulge to third parties any matters confidential to the client.

5.2            The Consultant shall adhere to the General Data Protection Regulations 2018 in respect of the handling of all material, data and information and will not use such information for any other purposes other than completion of the assignment.

5.3            Data and information that we store includes: name, email address, telephone numbers, business address and reports. This will be stored electronically for the purposes of communication. All other paper records pertaining to any agreement for consultancy or training will be held confidentially and stored securely in locked units only as long is needed for the purpose of completing the agreement. Once the agreement ends the material will be shredded.

5.4            The Consultant will not divulge any information to the client regarding Ofsted inspection and regulatory matters that is not within the public domain. This includes any information held by the Inspection Service Providers contracted by Ofsted.

5.6            Under data protection legislation the client has the right to request access to information about them that we hold and to update their preferences to unsubscribe to any newsletters or mail updates that the consultant may send.


6.1            The Consultant is in possession of Professional Indemnity Insurance to cover against any claims of loss, damage or injury as a result of alleged breach of professional conduct or negligence.


7.1            The Consultant shall be responsible for obtaining whatever materials and/or additional persons that may be required to adequately provide the services.
